How to Play Roulette at Murlani Casino
The full guide to Murlani Roulette — European single-zero wheel, every bet type, payouts, and strategy.
What is Roulette?
Roulette is the classic casino wheel game, reborn as a provably fair crypto experience at Murlani. A ball is spun around a numbered wheel, and you place bets on where it will land. Guess right on any of your bets and you win the payout for that bet type.
Murlani Roulette uses the European single-zero layout — 37 numbers in total (0 plus 1–36). This is the roulette variant with the friendliest house edge at just 2.7%.
The Wheel and the Table
The wheel contains numbers 0 through 36 arranged in the standard European order. 18 numbers are red, 18 are black, and 0 is green. The betting table lets you place chips on:
- Any individual number 0–36.
- Color groups (Red / Black).
- Parity groups (Even / Odd).
- Half groups (Low 1–18 / High 19–36).
- Dozens (1–12, 13–24, 25–36).
- Rows / Columns (Row 1, Row 2, Row 3).
You can place as many different bets as you want on the same spin — the total of all your chip placements adds up to your total bet for that round.
Bet Types and Payouts
Inside Bets — High Payout, Low Probability
- Straight Up (single number): 35:1. Any of 0–36.
- Split (two adjacent numbers): 17:1.
- Street (row of 3): 11:1.
- Corner (block of 4): 8:1.
- Line (two adjacent streets, 6 numbers): 5:1.
Outside Bets — Low Payout, High Probability
- Red / Black: 1:1. Wins on any of the 18 numbers of that color.
- Even / Odd: 1:1. 0 does not count.
- Low / High: 1:1. 1–18 vs 19–36.
- Dozens (1st, 2nd, 3rd): 2:1. Wins on any of 12 numbers.
- Rows (Row 1, 2, 3): 2:1. Wins on any of 12 numbers.
All outside bets lose if the ball lands on 0. This is the source of the 2.7% house edge on the European wheel.
How a Round Works
- Choose your chip size — select the chip denomination from the chip tray.
- Place your chips — tap anywhere on the table to put a chip on that spot.
- Repeat on as many bet types as you want — spread chips across singles, colors, dozens, whatever you like.
- Press Spin — the wheel rotates; all your bets are locked in.
- Result settles — every winning bet pays its multiplier automatically.
Table Controls
- Undo — removes your most recent chip placement.
- Double — doubles every active chip on the table (up to the per-round max bet).
- Clear — removes all chips from the table.
- Repeat — re-applies the chip layout from your previous spin.
Strategy — Popular Roulette Systems
Flat Betting Outside
Stick to a 1:1 or 2:1 outside bet (Red/Black, Even/Odd, Dozens) at the same stake every spin. Low variance, long sessions, your balance moves slowly. The simplest and most stable way to play.
Martingale
Double your 1:1 bet after every loss until you win, then reset. Mathematically clean but requires a big bankroll and will hit the table's max bet on long losing streaks — use with caution.
D'Alembert
Increase your bet by one unit after a loss, decrease by one unit after a win. Much gentler than Martingale, good for long outside-bet sessions.
Coverage Betting
Cover multiple zones with different chip sizes — e.g. a straight up on a favorite number plus a color bet plus a dozen. You hit something more often; when your straight up lands you cash in big.
Tips for Playing Roulette Well
- Know the RTP — every bet at European roulette has a 97.3% theoretical RTP; no bet is "better" on EV.
- Prefer outside bets for session length — the 1:1 and 2:1 bets have the lowest variance.
- Don't chase zero — 0 loses for every outside bet. One straight up chip on 0 is enough to cover it if you want.
- Use Undo to fix misclicks — before the wheel spins, any chip can be taken back.
- Set a stop-win as well as a stop-loss — the easiest way to walk away ahead.
Provably Fair at Murlani
Every Murlani Roulette spin is resolved by a provably fair random number between 0 and 36, derived from a server seed committed before the spin and a client seed you control. You can verify the finishing number after the round is complete.
Roulette FAQ
Is this European or American roulette?
European — single zero only. That is why the house edge is 2.7% rather than the 5.26% of the American double-zero wheel.
Can I place multiple bets on one spin?
Yes. Spread chips across as many numbers, colors, dozens or rows as you want. All bets settle on the same spin.
What happens to even-money bets when the ball lands on 0?
All outside bets lose. Straight-up bets on 0 win 35:1.
What is the Double button?
It doubles every chip currently on the table, up to the per-round max bet cap. Useful for Martingale-style progressions.
